Our Story

    Our journey began while working for an apartment complex in the town of Kent, OH. We were fed up with the idea that landlords had to manage their tenants information through several different softwares. Our apartment complex used one software for leases, one software for rent, and even more softwares for resident information, mass-emailing, and more. We knew that we could create something better and easier to use for all landlords.

    With our background in development, we were confident we could offer a better solution. We began with a simple model to create a landlord dashboard that offered tools and products that are necessary for every landlord to effectively manage their tenants. Our team sat down and brainstormed several tools we thought were imperative given this model. It became apparent there were several items that we wanted to incorporate into our dashboard.

    From there, resibee came to be.
